Club Racing
We are going to start some club “racing”. Club racing will be on Thursday at 6.45pm.
Sail Training Course
The club will be running an informal four week training course in Galway Harbour starting at 1pm on Saturday May 5th. The course has no certification, but aims to teach people with little sailing experience how to sail. The course will cost 15 euro for 4 weeks. Places are very limited and will be available on a first come first severed basis. Those interested should contact the Junior Members Committee Member as soon as possible via our contact page.
Call for Gear Donations
If any members have old buoyancy aids we would appreciate it if you donated them to the club – we cannot have anyone going out without one on so it would be useful to have club buoyancy aids available. Plus broken buoyancy aids can be used as mast floats, so all donations accepted.
Beach Clean Up – Saturday May 19, 2012 – 10:00 am – 12:00
Clean up of the beach we use to launch our dinghys. Part of the preparation for our dinghy park. All members urged to take part.
