Try Sailing Challenge Sunday June 21

ISA calling upon Ireland to get the largest number of sailors on the water on the longest day of the year

Galway City Sailing Club is getting involved in the Try Sailing Challenge on Sunday June 21, 2015. We aim to have as many boats as possible in our fleet on the water.

Try Sailing Sunday 21 June
Meet: Noon at Dinghy Park
Sailing: Sail To Salthill for arrival 2.30pm ish.
Lunch: Sailors to bring a packed lunch for possible picnic.

We are looking at sailing the smaller boats in our fleet in our sheltered sailing area and possibly up to Spanish Arch should conditions allow. The larger boats will be taking part in a cruise to Black Rock in Salthill, again conditions allowing.

Try Sailing, an ISA initiative, is partnering with the National Water Safety Awareness Week.
