REC3 Outdoor First Aid Course – April 12 & 13, 2025
Galway City Sailing Club is hosting a REC3 Outdoor First Aid course on Saturday & Sunday, April 12 & 13, 2025. This two-day certified course is open to both members and non-members and is ideal for sailors, instructors and safety boat crew plus those involved in outdoor activities.

REC3 (Rescue Emergency Care Level 3) is an internationally recognised outdoor and remote first aid qualification, designed for first responders in challenging environments. Whether you’re involved in sailing, watersports, or other outdoor activities, this course equips you with essential lifesaving skills.

Venue: GCSC Training Room, Galway City Sailing Club
Dates: Saturday & Sunday, April 12 & 13, 2025
Duration: Two full days of practical and classroom-based training
Instructor: Garrett Wilson – experienced REC3 trainer and watersports enthusiast
Cost (Includes certification upon completion):

- Non-members: €200
