Inclusion Sailing & Powerboating Day – Saturday 16th August 2025
Galway City Sailing Club, in partnership with Galway Sea Scouts, is proud to host Inclusion Sailing and Powerboating 2025 – a special event designed to share the joy of being on the water with children and young people with additional needs.
We warmly invite children aged 8 to 18, accompanied by one parent or guardian, to join us for:
- A one-hour sailing trip on our stable Hawk sailing boat
OR
- A 30-minute powerboat trip aboard the Sea Scouts’ ‘MaryAnn’ RIB around Galway Harbour and its scenic surrounds
This event is completely free, and buoyancy aids will be provided. Our experienced volunteers will ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all participants.
The event will take place between 10 am and 5pm
